Fresh, quality food and a great experience. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. There are a LOT of choices so your best bet is to take a peek at the menu right when you sit down to figure out your optimal hot-potting strategy. Service is attentive; great and you don't feel rushed. Ice cream dessert is REALLY good (the cone is one of the best I've ever had). Have already been back a second time this week - highly recommend!

Great AYCE hotpot, service was very fluid waiters were very friendly, soup bases were delightful, and was able to accommodate both a more ketogenic diet and a vegan one. Had a great time despite some air conditioning issues.

Overall absolutely a must try ! I'm a huge fan of hotpot. My boyfriend is not but this place he loved it ! Food: Absolutely good! Soup base: They are many choices, taste very good ! We tried sukiyaki base and fish & sour cabbage soup base which both of them are very nice. Food choices: - We ordered with staff and they brought it to us with the kitty robot. Lots of variety of food, very fresh, we love it. Lots choices of meat and vegetables. - We can go get the ready made food at the bar too Dishes: They are counters of ready made food that we can make our own sauces and the dishes are clean, Staff: Very accommodating, friendly very promptly to come to get order. Our first time we had " EXCELLENT SERVICE" with our server name" Bohao" , he explained everything and very detailed oriented in explaining his food details. Dessert: We had strawberry and vanilla ice cream with deep fried buns. Toilet: clean They also give us the appron to prevent the food accident. So cool. Highly recommended.

Yesterday was our second time and it was better than the first. They've got an ice cream machine now that serves soft serve ice cream. This place is popular so waiting is sometimes inevitable but they have incentives for people who wait. If you wait for this much time you get two free sodas, that much time you get another freebie and if I remember correctly if you wait over an hour you get a certain percentage off of your bill. Good promos overall, I got two for one Tsingtao. The food is fresh and clean, zero complaints. The sauces at the sauce bar were fresh (other hot pot places look like they haven't replaced the sauces in days) and the bar itself was clean. Our waiter, Z, was an absolute pleasure. He's so attentive and accessible. Never left us hanging for help. Solid dude! This is my go to for hot pot from now on.

Absolutely amazing experience at Liuyishou Hotpot Montreal! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The selection of meats, veggies, and broths was top-tier – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They had the best Yuzu pitcher drink. It's so addicting. But what really made the night unforgettable was Vixi’s incredible service. She was friendly, super attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even asked. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in with a genuine smile every time. You can tell she truly cares about making guests feel at home. If you're looking for a top-quality hotpot experience with service that goes above and beyond, this is the spot. Huge thanks to Vixi and the whole team – we’ll definitely be back!

Came here with my friends and greatly enjoyed our experience here!! Had Vixi serve us and she was so friendly and helpful. It feels clean and the ingredients are so fresh :) We got the tomato and laksa broths and they were delicious. I also recommend the yuzu pitcher!!

My favourite hot pot place of all time, considering it’s all you can eat the price is not bad at all. Their sauce and snack station is so varied and so is their menu. I personally love variety and trying things so it’s perfect for me. Quality of food is amazing and their staff is one of the most attentive I’ve ever experienced, they really care about their customers. It can get busy but they do their best to accommodate everyone which I really appreciate. Worth trying at least once in your life!

My first time trying hot pot and it was the best experience ever! My waiter Vixi was super caring and attentive, the place was spacious and very clean and most importantly, the food is some of the best i’ve ever had. We took the tomato and spicy broth and my favorite was the tomato. Its a very fun activity to come with friends! Im already looking forwards to my next visit
